JAMMU, NOVEMBER 10: Sh.
Kuldeep Khoda, former Chief Vigilance Commissioner, J&K, called on Governor
N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Sh. Khoda informed the governor about the varied serious
problems/difficulties faced by the common people for lack of complete
transparency and accountability in the functioning of the public delivery
systems and suggested measures for improving the quality of public services for
promoting the welfare of the common people.
Governor
advised Sh. Khoda to continue his endevours to discourage corruption and
highlight the good work done by honest individuals and well run institutions,
even if these are privately owned.
