Mumbai, Nov 24: The Rupee on Friday slipped
by 12 paise to 64.69 against the US Dollar on rising demand for US Dollars by
bankers and importers, dealers at Forex Market said.
Advancing by 34 paise yesterday, the local unit
eased by 15 paise to 64.72 in opening trade. Till the end of the session, it
dropped by 12 paise to end negative at 64.69 as compared to its last close. High oscillation was seen during the day as it
registered day high and low at 64.77 and 64.58 respectively. Strong dollar against other world currencies
pushed the indian currency down, they added. UNI
