Nov 28: The rupee dropped on Tuesday by eight paise to 64.57 against the
US Dollar in early trade on month-end demand for the American unit from
importers and banks, dealers at the Interbank Forex Market said here.
Strong dollar against other curriencies pushed the local unit
under pressure, traders said.It registered intra day high and low at 64.61 and 64.35
