Bajrang Dal warns Centre over Ram temple issue

Lucknow, Dec 12: Militant Hindu outfit Bajrang Dal on Tuesday warned the Central government not to test the patience of the majority community over the prolonged delay of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

“Ram temple at Ayodhya is the dream of every Hindu and any further delay in its construction would lead to growing resentment among the majority community,” warned Bajrang Dal national convenor Manoj Verma here.
Talking to UNI, Mr Verma said it would be better that the government brought a legislation, as in the case of Somnath Temple, rather than wait for Supreme Court judgement as forces opposed to the construction of the temple would try their best to delay the verdict and create confusion.
A native of Kannauj in Uttar Pradesh, Mr Verma said several issues related to Hindu dignity and honour have been fulfilled by both the government at the Centre as well as Yogi Adityanath government in UP. “But the construction of Ram temple was the biggest issue which should be addressed at the earliest,” he said. UNI
