Dec 21: Essel Propack said that it has allotted Unsecured Rated Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs)
on a private placement basis Company has issued 500 NCDs of Rs 10 lakhs each aggregating
to Rs 50 crore on December 21, 2017.
The said NCDs will be listed on the WDM segment of BSE. The
date of allotment is December 21, 2017 with tenure of 36 months.
