Governor congratulates KAS Topper

JAMMU, DECEMBER 21: Governor N.N. Vohra has congratulated Sh. Anjum Bashir Khan Khattak, topper in the Kashmir Administrative Services Examination, the results of which were declared by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, earlier this week.

 In his message Governor has lauded Sh. Anjum’s achievement and advised him to work with honesty and sustained devotion to promote the common man’s welfare. Governor has also congratulated Anjum’s parents and teachers who motivated and inspired him for his outstanding performance.
