Member Legislative Assembly from Khansahib, Hakeem Yaseen today laid the
foundation stone of a New Type Primary Health Centre (NTPHC) at Jawalapora to
be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 1.86 crore.
The MLA also laid the
foundation stone of Government High School Building at Jawalapora. Funds for
construction of the NTPHC and High school building shall be provided by the
legislator out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
Speaking on the occasion, Yaseen asked the concerned engineers to ensure
completion of both the projects within stipulated time so that people of the
area are benefitted. He assured the people that no stone would be left unturned
to provide better facilities od modern day life to people of Khansahib.
He also took stock of work on Randakdaji-
Jawalapora road being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs.15 crore under
CRF. He enjoined upon the concerned engineers to expedite work on this
important road project.
The MLA also asked the engineers of the PHE Department to prepare a DPR for a
separate water supply scheme for Jawalapora so as to provide adequate drinking
water facilities to the people of the area.
He also sought the cooperation of the people in making the Khansahib one of the
socio-economically developed constituencies of the State.
