VC, Jammu University calls on Governor

JAMMU, DECEMBER 12: Prof. R.D. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, called on Governor N.N. Vohra, Chancellor of the University, at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Prof. Sharma informed the Governor about the initiatives taken in various arenas in the past months and also briefed him about the problems which relate to the functioning of Off-site Campuses, particularly in regard to academic deficiencies.

Governor urged Prof. Sharma to maintain sustained focus on quality teaching and research activities and to particularly ensure that discipline is maintained in the maintained in the main and Off-site Campuses of the University.
