5-Days self-defense training programme concludes at Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, JANUARY-20: Five Day Secondary Level self-defense training programme under RMSA for Girls organized by the Education Department concluded here today.

Chief Education Officer J.R Bharadwaj was the chief guest on the occasion.

CEO Udhampur informed that near about 40 teachers from eleven educational zones have been trained by the experts in martial arts. The trained participants will further impart training to the girls students in their respective zones on self defense. He stressed upon the participants to impart the various techniques on self defense to the girl’s students with full dedication so as to increase confidence among the girl’s students.

District Education Planning Officer, Udhampur J.M Thermatt DY, CEO M.M Wani, staff members, students, parents and guardian were present on the occasion.
