Expresses grief over loss of lives in Snow avalanche

JAMMU, JANUARY 06: Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice Abdul Haq has condole the loss of lives in an IED blast in Sopore and snow avalanche in Kupwara district.

While expressing deep condolence to the bereaved family, Minister said words fall short of expressing the sorrow & pain over the loss of 4 Jawans of J&K Police. Four Policemen were killed in an IED attack at Sopore on Saturday morning.

Terming the act dastardly, Minister condemned the killings and said that the mindless violence will lead us nowhere except destroying the very social fabric of the society.

The Minister also expressed sorrow over the loss of lives in a snow avalanche near Sadna top in Kupwara district. “My thoughts are with all those whose loved ones lost their lives in an avalanche at Sadna Top Kupwara I pray for the safety of those who are still missing” Minister said.
