Pleasant winter morning greets Delhi with a drizzle

New Delhi, Jan 23: Delhiites woke up to a pleasant winter morning on Tuesday with light rain, while the minimum temperature settled at 9.4 degrees C, four points above normal for the season.

The sky will be generally cloudy throughout the day with light rain to occur towards afternoon and evening, the weatherman said.
However, the air quality as per the Central Pollution Control Board was under the 'very poor' category with index value of 320 at 0900 hrs.
Maximum temperature during the day is to hover around 21 degrees C, according to the Met official.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 25.2 degrees C, four notches above normal for the season. UNI
