New Delhi, Jan 4: The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Deepak
Bajpai's petitition, which had questioned the validity of the summons issued to
him by a trial court to face the proceedings as an accused in a criminal
defamation case filed against him by the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
The top court three-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice of
India (CJI) Dipak Misra and also comprising Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY
