New Delhi, Feb 27: President Ram Nath Kovind, will leave for Chandigarh on Tuesday afternoon, a
Rashtrapati Bahwan release said.
At Chandigarh, the President will grace and address the
golden jubilee celebrations of Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women on
