Barh, Mar 03: Altogether five people were killed and 15 injured when a jeep overturned and
fell into a roadside ditch near Lalpura village under Bhadaur police station
area in Patna district late last night.
Police said here that the mishap happened when some people were returning to
Sheikhpura after attending the last rites of their relative. Sources said that
five people were killed on the spot and 15 others injured.
Police said that the deceased had been identified as Jawahar Sao (55), Surendra Mistri (35), Janardan Sharma (35), Chhotelal Mistri (50) and Sandeep Kumar (25). The bodies have been handed over to the relatives after autopsy, sources added. UNI
