Jammu, Mar 14: Taking a strong cognizance of brutal attack on journalists on duty in Illegal Rohingya Colony at Kiryani Talab Bhatindi just few minutes walk away from Sunjwan Army Camp. On Tuesday, today Bharat Raksha Manch under the leadership of its Working President Advocate Hunar Gupta held a protest demonstration at press club while interacting with media persons Advocate Hunar said that his organisation time and again raised this issue of illegal foreign nationals from Myanmar and Bangladesh in Jammu but state government ignored all warnings and now this has emerged as a ticking time bomb which is ready to explode in order to change demography of Jammu region only.
Hunar said, in response to his PIL titled Hunar Gupta Vs. State of J&K & Ors. PIL No. 2/2017 filed before High Court of J&K at Jammu Bench on Settlement of Rohingiyas in Jammu and their deportation from the state,  the government has constituted a committee of 4 senior cabinet ministers of J&K  Government but it is  unfortunate that this committee never met after 2017 after its constitution forget it recommending anything about deportation of illegal foreign nationals from sensitive border state {Jammu Region} having estranged relationship with its neighboring country Pakistan.
He also asked Deputy Commissioner Jammu to direct the concerned SHO of Trikuta Nagar Police Station and all other police stations within whose jurisdiction these illegal Foreigners Rohingya Muslims have deliberately been settled illegally to book all landlords who have rented out their plots and houses to these illegal foreign nationals without any verification which is clear violation of earlier orders issued by DC Jammu.
He said attack on Sunjwan Army Camp should have been a wakeup call for the government as well as local administration but no lessons are learnt even from these fatal attacks.
Hunar Gupta said in days to come his organization will meet all legislatures of Jammu region so that genuine issues of Jammu are taken up and addressed.
He also demanded that NC and Congress should also clear their stand on Rohingiyas issue.
He said Police should charge these criminals who attacked media persons on duty under attempt to murder charge and must verify their past criminal records and their source of funding because the way these accused appearing beating mercilessly it is evident they are regular offenders having been recruited by the vested interests to attack Indian Media persons who were working on the very important aspect of National Security as to how these illegal Foreigners Rohingya Muslims from Myanmar lay their hands on SIM Cards without proper verification.
Others who joined protest and addressed media include National Vice President BRM VK Gupta, General Secretary BRM Govind Malviya, Ajay Baru, Rohit Sharma, Vice President BRM Rajinder Malhotra, Kulwant Singh Bhatti and many other members and volunteers of BRM.
