Mar 16: Dilip Buildcon Ltd (DBL) has been declared L-1 bidder by the
National Highways Authority of India for a new Hybrid Annuity Project valued at
Rs 1,004 crore in Madhya Pradesh.
The project is for construction of road tunnel, viaduct and churhat bypass of
RewaSidhi section of NH75 E from chainage 33.200 to chainage 55.400 (design
length 15.350 Km) as cement concrete pavement configuration in the state on
design, build, operate and transfer (DBOT annuity or Hybrid annuity) basis,
company said in filing with BSE.
The construction period of the project is 48 months and operation period is 15 years from COD.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters is already closed till March 16, 2018 and shall continue to remain closed till March 20, 2018 (both days inclusive), the filing added. UNI
