Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will be travelling to Mumbai for medical check
up and may travel overseas based doctor's advice, according to Chief Minister's
Office (CMO) here.
In a statement on Monday, the CMO said,' Today Chief Minister
is travelling to Mumbai for further medical checkup and based on doctor's
advice may travel overseas for further treatment."
Earlier, the Chief Minister called Chief Secretary Dharmendra Sharma and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister P Krishnamurthy at his residence and instructed them on urgent and important matters.
'Chief Secretary, Dharmendra Sharma and Principal Secretary to CM P. Krishnamurthy were called today and instructed on urgent and other important matters by Chief Minister @manoharparrikar,' the CMO said in a tweet.
Mr Parrikar was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai on February 15, 2018, where he was treated for 'mild pancreatitis'. He returned to Goa on February 22, 2018, and presented state budget for 2018-19 in the state assembly.
However, again he was admitted to Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) for dehydration and low blood pressure on February 25, 2018, and was discharged on March 1, 2018. Since then he was recuperating at his private residence near the capital city. UNI
