JAMMU, MARCH 27: Prof. R.P. Tandon, Head, Department of Physics and
Astro Physics, University of Delhi, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj
Bhavan here today.
Prof. Tandon shared with Governor his views about
the need to achieve qualitative improvement
in the State’s higher education.
Governor emphasised the
vital importance of University’s ensuring high
academic standards in every discipline and meaningfulresearch
in priority areas.
