Mumbai, Mar 8: The
Rupee on Thursday declined by three paise to 64.91 against the greenback in
early trade on increased demand of US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers
at Forex Market said. Rupee registered intra day's high and low at 65.00 and
64.90 respectively, dealers said.
Strong dollar against other world currencies amid foreign
fund outflow put pressure on rupee, they added.
However postive opening in the domestic equity market limited the rupee fall
