Mar 12: Talbros Automotive Components Limited said the company has
received an order under the forgings division, for supply of parts to Dana Spicer India Pvt Ltd, a Tier 1 supplier to prominent commercial vehicle players in the country.
These components are heavier in nature and will require an installation of a higher tonnage press. The production will commence from Q1FY2019.
The order spans for the life of the model and estimated revenues from the same is about Rs 35 crore per annum, the company said in a filing with BSE.
Addition of the new equipment will also add to our manufacturing capability and allow us to supply heavier components, including 3 Cylinder Crank Shaft for 4 wheelers & Stub Axle for LCV as well.
