Arrangements for SSB exams finalized at Pulwama

            PULWAMA, APRIL 27: Deputy Commissioner Pulwama , Ghulam Mohammad Dar   convened a meeting of officers of Revenue  & Education departments to finalize the arrangements for the smooth conduct of the SSB examinations here today. 

          The meeting was informed that around 9000 candidates are appearing in various SSB exams, including the Naib Tehsildar exam at 29 Examination centres located in the district. The Chief Education Officer, Pulwama  appraised the DDC about the arrangements put in place for smooth conduct of SSB Exams. 

 The DDC stressed upon the officers of Education department and Revenue officers deployed for the conduct of SSB Exams as Observers, Supervisors & Magistrate duty. He also emphasized upon the concerned officers for ensuring adequate seating and other arrangements. The head of an institution and a magistrate from district administration have been designated as observers for joint monitoring of the exams at various exam centres of the district. 

Section 144 CrPC will remain imposed in and around all the examination centres 
          All the candidates appearing in the examinations were asked not to bring mobile phones or other electronic gadgets with them which are strictly prohibited even in the centre premises  and no candidate will be allowed enter the examination centre without admit card and identity card. It was also said that no media person will be allowed to visit the examination centres.
          Among others the meeting was attended by , ADDC Pulwama , Chief education officer ,representatives of SSRB, Police officials, other district officers and In charges of the exam centres.
