ANANTNAG, APRIL 9: District
Development Commissioner (DDC) Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik today convened a
meeting with the representatives of Physically Challenged Persons Association
Anantnag.
The purpose of the meeting was to listen and
redress the grievances of the physically challenged persons of the district.
On the occasion, DDC Anantnag assured the
representatives that their genuine demands will be looked into and necessary
measures shall be initiated.
Meanwhile, he instructed the District Social
Welfare Officer Anantnag to provide the constituency wise data of the most deserving
physically challenged persons of the district, so that they can be provided
Motorized Wheelchairs.
The meeting was attended by District Social Welfare
Officer Anantnag also.
