Kolkata, Apr 16: The two-judge Bench of
Calcutta High Court, which had heard the counsels of contending parties like
BJP and state ruling TMC and State Election Commission earlier in the day, is
expected to pronounce its verdict by 1630 hours of the day, court sources said.
Justice Biswanath Samaddar and justice Arindam Mukherjee heard the proceeding.
