BJP celebrates 4 years of Modi Government

Jammu, May 25: BJP led by its state President Ravinder Raina (MLA), Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, MP Lok Sabha Jugal Kishore Sharma, MLA Akhnoor Rajiv Sharma, MLA Khour Dr. Krishan Bhagat conducted a grand show at Akhnoor in the form of rally participated by hundreds of motor bikes and cars.

The rally was organized in connection with the completion of successful and eventful 4 years of Modi government in the Centre and 3 years of state government. New BJP state President Ravinder Raina and Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta were also welcomed in the rally by BJP District Akhnoor.

The rally started from the Akhnoor Bridge, passed through all the main markets of Akhnoor and culminated at the Akhnoor Guest House. The rally attended by thousands of BJP activists and the common masses filled the air with the slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Jai Shree Ram”.

VC Kissan Board Daljit Chib, SC Morcha State President Jagdish Bhagat, District President Manmohan Singh also participated in the rally.

Ravinder Raina, while addressing the jubilant workers highlighted the role of Praja Parishad, Jana Sangh and BJP in the history of Jammu & Kashmir. He compared every BJP activist to a soldier who is fighting selflessly for the good of society and the BJP is working with the mission of serving the society. He said that BJP never longed for the power corridor and we are here to serve the society and to keep our “Tiranga” high in the sky.

Raina further said that BJP is working with the mission of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” and “Nation First” and will ensure the safety and security of Nation at all costs. Lambasting Pakistan, Separatists, Terrorists and Pakistan sympathizers, he said that their ill motives will never be served and we will shower the hurricane of bullets upon the rogue nation.

Kavinder Gupta threw emphasis on the specially targeted people welfare schemes launched by the state government. He said that the BJP will ensure that at all the levels, the justice is delivered with full transparency and responsibility. He said that the people and the representatives of Jammu have equal participation in government and those making hue and cry must have a look upon their greedy and self centred deeds, they have done in the past to demoralize the region. He stressed that BJP will ensure that every single person gets equal share and participation in everything.

Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the rally highlighted the Centrally sponsored schemes for the welfare of the poor and the downtrodden. He said that the aim of the present BJP government is ensure the development of the state with special focus on the Jammu region, which has been continuously ignored and given step motherly treatment for the last many decades. He stressed that the BJP is duty bound to end the injustices that have been done by previous Congress led governments. He said that the grant of previously 80,000 Crore rupees and now 25,000 crore rupees are a testimony to the fact. He also mentioned that the work on prestigious National Highways including the 3 much sought tunnels will also be completed soon.

Rajiv Sharma, while addressing said that the projects worth hundreds of crore rupees have been brought in the region after the formation of BJP’s governments in the Centre and the state and soon all the projects will be completed and dedicated to the common masses. He ensured that all the neglected areas will get justice in BJP’s rule. He said that Congress used to serve few families with all their might and corrupt practices. He also said that with the active support of the local masses, BJP has succeeded in ensuring the development of Akhnoor.

Dr. Krishan Bhagat thanked the Central government under the leadership of Narendra Modi for the liberal funding directed to ensure the development of the region. He also talked of the various road projects under various schemes like Defence Road, CR, PMGSY and said that these have led to the increased smooth road connectivity leading to the development of the area.
