Jammu, July 11: Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu & Kashmir State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul addressed Shakti Kendra Pramukhs and District Office Bearers, District Morcha Presidents, Mandal Presidents in series of meetings conducted at Doda. MLA Shakti Raj Parihar and District President Manjeet Razdaan also addressed the meeting.
State Executive Body Member Koushal Kotwal, District General Secretary (Org.) Vipan Sharma and others were among the prominent BJP leaders present in the meeting.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, encouraged the party workers for their strong dedication and devotion for the Nation and the party. He said, “In accordance with the party principles of Nation First, the party workers of this region have loved the Nation beyond any limit at the cost of personal sufferings and losses”.
Kaul also lauded their role in struggle for existence in communal harmony in the toughest of situations that were fanned by the certain vested interests for their petty political and personal gains. He said that the atmosphere of this peaceful region has been vitiated for many decades together by even main stream political parties for their power hunger. But now the scene has been changed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA government at the Centre by its plethora of public welfare policies.
Kaul prompted the party leaders to complete the booth committees at every Shakti Kendra. He asked to involve more youth in the party fold as India marches ahead towards young India. He also asked the party leaders to make use of social media widely so that the party ideology and schemes reach the targeted population.
Shakti Parihar enumerated various development works undertaken in the Doda for its growth and acquainted the senior leadership with the local issues and expectations.
Manjeet Razdan thanked all BJP leaders for their active participation in the meeting and said that District leaders are focussed at the cementing of grass root level structure of the organization in the region.
