Workshop on Classroom management, Motivation and Positive mental thinking by Resource Person Mr. S. Bhardwaj from Delhi R. Sagar along with Mr. V. Sharma

Jammu, July 13: R.M. Public school has organized orientation course for in service private teachers W.e.f 11^th of July to 14^th of July, 2018. More than 400 teachers from school sister concern and other schools attended the workshop.

On its third day, the workshop aimed at making teachers aware about the areas of class room management, Motivation and Positive Mental thinking by the Resource Person Mr. Sumit Bhardwaj-a certified communication skills trainer, who holds an M.A English degree, also a certified Transactional Analysis CDT and a Neuro Linguistic programming practitioner having more than 8 years experience in Teaching and Development.

There was an interaction and discussion on various issues, teachers actively participated and were awarded badges at the same moment by the resource person. He gave valuable tips and the teachers felt satisfied at having been provided with a platform to discuss their queries. The workshop was quite informative and fruitful.

Mr. Sumit Bhardwaj who has been a resource person for CBSE for 3 years whose ability to connect with the teachers and make them participate and interactive made him an outstanding Resource.

According to Chairman Mr. Rameshwar Mengi and Trustee Mrs. Rita Mengi. The training programme was quite enlightening for the teachers. They further said that the teachers would certainly be able to provide an inspiring atmosphere for the students at school.

In the end management extended heartfelt thanks to the resource person for his valuable time.
