Workshop on Question paper Setting and Ideas for success

Jammu, July 14: R.M. PUBLIC SCHOOL has given priority to building a quality teaching force that is well trained and supported dynamic in its practice and committed to the profession.

R.M. public school has organized orientation course for in service private teachers w.e.f 11th of July which concluded on 14th July. More than 400 teachers from school sister concern and other schools attended the workshop.

The workshop concluded with the informative ideas and suggestions by resource person Mrs. Gurmeet kour Gill - Cordova from Hoshiarpur along with Mr. Mukesh Sharma and Mr. Rajan Singh.

Mrs. Gurmeet Kour who is an M.A. in History & Sociology .She is an M.ed from Punjab. She had conducted different workshops on Bloom's Taxonomy & lesson planning, Gender sensitivity conducted by CBSE, classroom management skills etc. She is member of MAI MALAN EDUCATION, President of pvt schools children welfare, Member of I care an NGO for special children, Vice chairperson of All Ladies League.

The resource person Mrs. Gurmeet gave valuable tips. The workshop aimed at training teachers how to set good question papers & ideas for success.

She expressed her opinion and explained the paper setting in an elaborated manner. She focused on methods to engage students through activity based learning. The session was interactive and was aided by videos and power point presentation.                                                                         According to Chairman Sir Mr. Rameshwar Mengi and Trustee Mrs. Rita Mengi. The training programme was quite enlightening for the teachers. Management also urged the teachers to use new methodologies in the classroom.                       

In the end management extended heartful thanks to the resource person for her valuable time and thanked Green Model School – Doda, S.D. Tara Puri Public High School – Jammu and Bharti Public School – Samba for their participation.
