Dimple demands prime minister for no Indo-pak dialogue start war with Pakistan

Jammu, Sept 26: Sunil Dimple president Jammu west assembly movement led a high level deligation, meeeting with Sh Khurshied Ahmad Ganai the Honble advisor Jammu Kashmir state, expressed the great concern over the fast worsening law and order in the state.  Submitted him and sent a memorandum to the Prime minister Narinder Modi, Governor Satya pal malik and the govt of India on Jammu kashmir Situation through advisor.

Dimple appealed in the Memorandum to the prime minister and the Governor that NIA has made sensational disclosuers over the rising graph of militancy in the state.

Dimple in the memorandum appealed the prime minister Modi, to start war with Pakistan as it has started full fledged war in the jammu kashimr state and on the international boarder, in our jammu kashmir state, everyday our jawans are kidnapped, abducted and martyred.

He appealed the prime minister Narinder Modi and  Governor to immediately hold a exclusive national level Security meeting on the jammu kashmir state situation, as the situation is fast detroriating in state and the youth of valley is fastly joining the Pak ISI, ISIS rank.

Dimple in memorandum, also said the situation in jammu region is also fastly worsening jahajar Kotli, Sunjwana, Nagrota attacks by militants, Ramgarh, Arnia, bruttel mutilations, kiling of Jawans, cease fire violation have also increased in the Jammu Region.

He further said no dialogue should be held with Imran Khan unless he does not stop the terrorists training camps in POK, Pakistan soil, stops cease fire violations, infiltration of militants and unless Pak not stops the funding to huriyat leaders, Sayeed Ali Shaha Gelani, aiding, abetting terrorism in jammu kashmir state.

Dimple alleged very wrong untimely, hurriedly, unilateral decision has been taken by the election commission and by the BJP govt to hold local elections in the state when measure political parties have boycotted the election.

Dimple in memorandum alleged that the BJP central leadership is missusing the jammu region mandate and is blackmailing tactis are detroriating the law and order in the state.  

He said prime minister and the central govt that a weak Governor rule  had been imposed the in the Jammu Kashmir State without dissolving the state assembly which had made mockery of the governor rule.

Dimple urged the prime minister & Narinder Modi, Governor Satya malik to dissolve this state assembly and “hand over the whole Jammu Kashmir state to the Army” to save the state from further destruction, blood shed and to save the state from Pakistan and separatists terrorism.

He in memorandum said the prime minister,  Governor that the enemy has adopted new stratgy, of abduction of family members, security forces,  police officers and killing them.

Dimple demanded Governor Satya Pal Malik to arrest Sayeed Ali Shaha Gelani, Mir waiz omar Farooq, Yasin Malik and with draw stop their security and the funds spent on their luxuries and deport them to Pakistan.

He regretted the prime minister Narinder Modi is on mute mode on the Jammu Kashmir worsening situation in the state.

He demanded prime minister and Governor Satya Malik to deport the Rohangies Bangla Deshies from the state as they have links with the ISI and ISIS.

He said attacked BJP has created the atmosphere of instability and uncertainty in the state which has given rise in the militancy and adding pollution in the political field of the state.

He said we will not join and boycott and we will not participate in any political election in the state till the BJP Clears its stand on article 35-A and 370.

Dimple said we also bycot the Corporations and panchyat elections till the BJP Central Govt not announces Holiday on the birth anniversary of Mahraja hari Singh ji, not dissolves the assembly, not deports Rohangies Bangladeshis from Jammu and till not constitutes and implements delimitation commission. Settels the west POK refugees, grants more districts to jammu region.

The other leaders of the deligation are Harbans Tondon, Ram Kapoor, Chaman Pawar, Sanyam Pandoh and Divayanshu Kapai. 

Sh  K A Ganai honble Advisor Jammu Kashmir State, assured Dimple that the demands of the Memorandum will thoroughly discussed with the Prime minister and Governor sahib and memorandum will be handed to PM and Governor sahib.
