SRINAGAR, OCTOBER
3: Governor Satya Pal Malik has expressed grief
over the sad demise of Sh. SAS Qadri, former bureaucrat, who served
as Divisional Commissioner Kashmir from the year 1968-71.
In a condolence message Governor has prayed for peace to the
departed soul and strength to the bereaved family in its hour of grief.
