Delhi, Sept 13: The Congress affiliated National Students Union of India
(NSUI) today made a comeback after four years by winning the post of President
and Vice-president in the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) elections,
while the post of Secretary and Joint Secretary went to the RSS' student wing
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Earlier after the counting of votes,
it had been declared that NSUI had bagged three posts but after recounting, one
post went in favour of ABVP. Rocky Tuseed of NSUI defeated ABVP's presidential
candidate Rajat Chaudhary. The win is a shot in the arm for the NSUI which had
won only one seat last year. UNI
