Live grenade found near bank in central Kashmir

Srinagar, Sept 20: Security forces today averted a major tragedy after it found and defused a live grenade, which was concealed underground near a bank in Budgam district. Official sources said a live grenade, which was buried underground, was detected by security forces this afternoon near a bank branch at Ompora in Budgam. They said a Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) of the state police was called and the grenade was defused. UNI
