Special enrollment camp at Udhampur on October 29

UDHAMPUR, OCTOBER-27:- A special camp for enrollment of eligible as well as left out electors will be held in all polling stations of Udhampur Assembly constituency  on October 29, 2017.

It was informed by the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, Udhampur.

All electors or an eligible citizen who want to get enrolled or make deletion or correction in existing entry can submit form 6, 7, 8 or 8A to the concerned Booth Level Officer during Special Camp days at the respective polling stations.

For inclusion, deletion, correction and transposition, electors were advised to bring  proof of residence and age like ration card, bank or post office pass book, driving license, passport, latest gas or phone bill or Aadhar or school leaving certificate.

          All the concerned supervisors and  Booth Level Officers were directed to remain present in their respective polling stations for the special camp.
