SRINAGAR, MAY 05: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan, undertook city tour late yesterday night and directed for installation and repair of street lights at various places in the Srinagar City.

Commissioner Srinagar Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone, Chief Engineer PDD, Commissioner
Srinagar Municipal Corporation and other officials of the district
administration accompanied the Div Com.
During
the night visit, the Khan visited Lal Chowk, Foreshore Road, Nishat, Shalimar,
Harwan, Hazratbal, Boulevard, Rainawari, Batamaloo, Zero Bridge, Jawahar Nagar,
Rajbagh and other areas of the City.
He
directed the concerned to install street lights at these places, wherever
necessary, at the earliest and repair all defunct lights for the convenience of
the commuters.
