JAMMU MAY 29: Special Secretary in the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Kusum Badyal has brought laurels to the State after being conferred with "Mother Teresa Excellence Award".
She was also awarded certificate of excellence for meritorious services,
outstanding performance and remarkable role by Chairman, India International
Friendship Society, Justice Fakhruddin at a seminar held on Economic
Growth & National Integration at New Delhi May 27.
