DODA, MAY 17: In compliance to
J&K State Legal Service Authority, a Lok Adalat was
organized at TLSC headquarter under the chairmanship of Chairman Tehsil Legal
Services Committee (CJM Doda), O.P. Thakur.
In the Lok Adalat, cases pertaining to
electricity and other matters in pre-litigation were taken up and an award
amounting Rs. 1, 34, 505/- was recovered on the spot.
A large no of
litigants, public, advocates, social workers and journalists participated in
the event.
