JAMMU, MAY 16 – The teams of Rural development department have seized 1116.60 kgs of polythene and imposed fine of Rs 25465 on the defaulters found using banned plastic bags during the 6th day of statewide drive under Swacchta week campaign launched by the Rural Development Department (RDD).
