70 kanals of poppy destroyed in Budgam

       SRINAGAR, MAY 07: According to the Deputy Excise Commissioner, Executive Kashmir, the Excise team headed by Excise and Taxation Officer, North Kashmir Range today destroyed 70 kanals of poppy in village Mamat   of district Budgam.

          The Deputy Excise Commissioner said that, so far, a total of 2673 kanals of poppy has been destroyed in Kashmir valley by the Excise Department.
