DDC Shopian reviews arrangements at Eidgah

          SHOPIAN, JUNE 24: In order to facilitate smooth and hassle-free Eid prayers across the town, the District Development Commissioner, Shopian, Mr. Mohammad Aijaz today visited Eidgah and inspected the arrangements.

           He specifically oversaw sanitation and cleanliness drive being carried out at the place as per the directions he had given to the Municipal authorities a few days ago. He issued instructions to the concerned authorities for proper arrangement of drinkding water, sanitation and smooth movement of traffic in the area to facilitate the people coming for prayers.

          At Eidgah, apart from Auqaf Committee, other public delegations also met the District Development Commissioner and brought their problems into his notice. DDC gave immediate directions for the redressal of these problems.

         On the occasion, President, Auqaf Committee, Shopian briefed the District Development Commissioner about the arrangements made for Eid prayers by his organization.
