SRINAGAR, JUNE 22: Governor N. N. Vohra has felicitated the people on Shab-e-Qadr.
In a message of greetings, the Governor hoped that this auspicious occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.

The Governor prayed for the well-being of the people of the State.
