SRINAGAR, JUNE 01: The Advisor to the Chief Minister, Prof. Amitabh Mattoo, has felicitated
the people on the eve of Kheer Bhawani Mela.
In a message of greetings, the Advisor maintained that the festival is a
living example of communal harmony, mutual brotherhood which has been the
epitome of glorious pluralistic ethos of the State, since times immemorial.
The Advisor further prayed for peace, harmony, progress and prosperity
in the State.
