SRINAGAR, JUNE 01: The Advisor to Chief Minister,
Prof. Amitabh Mattoo, has extended felicitations to the youth who have
qualified the Civil Service Exams (2016).
Maintaining that it is a matter of great honour to see the youth of the
State excelling in different competitive exams in spite of many adversities,
the Advisor said that they have time again proved their talent and excellence
in every field.
While congratulating all the IAS qualifiers, the Advisor said that their
feat will inspire more youngsters to follow the suit instead of getting carried
away by propaganda of vested interests.
