3 MLCs, who resigned from UP Council, to join BJP

Lucknow, Jul 31 :  Senior Samajwadi Party leader and former MLA Yashwant Singh along with senior leaders of some political parties would be joining BJP in the presence of party's national president Amit Shah here today. Mr Singh, who resigned from the SP as well as from the MLC on Saturday last, will take the membership of BJP at 1400 hrs at the state party headquarters. He has confirmed about his joining the party this afternoon. Mr Singh is a three-time MLC and a close associate of Independent MLA and former UP minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya. Along with him, another SP MLA Bhukal Nawab and BSP MLC Thakur Jaiveer Singh had resigned from the legislative council on Saturday and will join the BJP today. UNI
