Kozhikode, Jul 17 : A group of chartered accountants and taxation experts in Kerala have come out with a handbook on Goods and Services Tax (GST), the new tax regime rolled out by the Central Government recently. Giving details the ''Handbook for Hand Holding GST Compliance'' published by Touring Book Stall (TBS), chartered accountant A Mani said it gives comprehensive account of the new tax system and attempts to resolve doubts expressed by different sections of people, including traders, shop keepers and accountants. The handbook, both in English and Malayalam, also discusses procedures and rules relating to the system and helpful to business and clientele, he said. Both the versions of the book brought out by A Mani, FCA, DISA, Kozhikode, M C Jayaprakash, FCA, Kannur, A Ashok, FCA, Thiruvanthapuram, and P Venkitarama Iyer, former VAT Consultative Committee member, Alappuza, would be released at a function at Vyapara Bhavan here tomorrow, he added.
