Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 31 : Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today hold a meeting with the leaders of BJP, RSS and CPI(M) to put an end to the ongoing political murders and clashes between the Marxist and Sangh Parivar activists in the State. Talking to newspersons here, the Chief Minister said an all party meeting will be held on August six in the city to find out a way for maintaining peace. A peace meeting would also be convened in Kannur and Kottayam, he added. CPI (M) State General Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, BJP State President Kummanam Rajasekharan, RSS Prant Karyavah P Gopalankutty Master, BJP MLA O Rajagopal, District BJP President Advocate Suresh and CPI (M) leader V Sivankutty also attended the meeting. Mr Vijayan said the meeting decided to restrain party cadres from attacking party offices and houses of workers. The meeting was called after Kerala Governor P Sathasivam has summoned the Chief Minister State DGP Loknath Behra yesterday to discuss the law and order situation in the state. The Governor has summoned the Chief Minister and the DGP in the wake of the recent political violence in which RSS Karyavah Rajesh (34) was hacked to death on Saturday evening leading to clashes in several parts of the State. Mr Balakrishnan said the Chief Minister assured that lawbreakers would be dealt with sternly. Mr Rajasekharan said the state should ensure freedom for organisational work. UNI
