Srinagar, Jul 27 : A pedestrian was killed after being hit by an unknown vehicle in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal today, official sources said. They said 55-year-old Abdul Rashid Mir was critically wounded when he was hit by an unknown vehicle on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway in Ganderbal. Mir was immediately rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead. Police has registered a case and launched a massive hunt to nab the driver, they said. UNI
