Srinagar, Jul 18 : A former sarpanch was shot at and wounded by gunmen in south Kashmir district of Anantnag, official sources said. Nazir Ahmad Shah was shot at and wounded by gunmen at village Panzeth, Qazigund in Anantnag district last night. The injured was rushed to hospital, the sources said, adding that the militants managed to escape before security forces and police could reach there, they said. UNI
