Painting competition organized at Ramban

RAMBAN, JULY 24: With an aim to nurture the talent of the students, a Painting competition was organised at Bharatiya Vidya Mandir (BVM) by District Information Centre Ramban. During the competition students of various schools made paintings to express their imagination and thoughts.

         The competition was conducted among students of 9th and 1oth class of different schools of Ramban district. The competition was presided over by Dy. CEO Ramban.   Nature has the power to fill the life of people with joy and hence the competition was aptly given the theme of “Environment”.

Speaking on the occasion speakers said that the competition not only encouraged the students but also provided them with the much-needed platform to showcase their talents and carve their imaginations on canvas.  The competition has seen enthusiastic participation by students from various schools.

          BVM was declared over all best in contest and students who performed well in the event were also felicitated by DIC Ramban. All the teaching staff and locals appreciated the efforts of the Information Department and requested to organise such competition in future for the development of the students.
