DDC reviews works programme under BADP

          KUPWARA, AUGUST 09^: The District Development Commissioner today convened a joint meeting of officers of different departments associated with execution of works under approved BADP Cluster Model Villages in Lolab, Karnah and Kupwara constituencies of district Kupwara to review the work programme within Diver Anderbugh, Sarkuli, Kachama.

          The chair passed instruction that all basic facilities be made available to the inhabitants of the areas with the approved model village projects as per the requirements of the public in shape of safe drinking water, power supply, play grounds, road connectivity, raising of common facility centres, fencing of educational institutions besides other developmental works under infrastructural development by following the guidelines of the BADP Model Village projects 2017-18.

          The meeting directed the executing agencies to submit action plan/DPR and works programme within two days. It was stated that 11 existing huge populated villages are being developed as cluster Model Villages in the district and work has been initiated at Lolab, Kupwara and Karnah constituencies.
