National Lok Adalat at Kulgam, Pulwama on Sep 9

          SRINAGAR, AUGUST 18: National Lok Adalat is being held in the court premises of Kulgam and Pulwama on September 09, 2017 under the Chairmanships of District Legal Services Authority Kulgam.

Cases (pending and pre-litigation) pertaining to NI Act under Section 138, Bank Recovery Cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial, Electricity and Water Bills (Excluding theft cases), Revenue Cases other civil cases (rent, Elementary rights, Injunction suits, specific performance suits), Criminal compoundable offences and other cases shall be taken up in the said Lok Adalat.

Interested persons can approach their respective Chairman District Legal Services Authority along with the particulars of the cases to list their cases in the National Lok Adalat.
