Jammu, Aug 28 : While the mystery of chopping of braid remains unsolved, yet another case has been reported today in posh locality of this winter capital of the state. ''A fresh case of hair chopping by some mysterious force was reported this morning in Sanjay Nagar area,’’ DySP Rafiq Manhas, SDPO Gandhi Nagar here said. He said that a woman namely Bachno Devi, resident of Sanjay Nagar lodged a complaint that she was busy in day to day activities and suddenly felt that something passed her. ''After few seconds she found her hair chopped of mysteriously as nobody was found entering the house,’’ police added. ''We have registered the case and trying to crack the mystery,’’ said police. The mysterious chopping of women braids has spread panic in villages of Jammu districts. Earlier two incidents were reported in villages of Bishanah and RS Pura. Meanwhile, five such cases were also reported in rural Jammu making the total of seven in less than two weeks. Pertinently, the rumour of a ghost cutting women's hair started from Rajasthan and then some incidents were reported in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and now in Jammu. UNI
